Miles looking good.

Who would have through that the 58th pick would be one of our best prospects so far. This is why I still value second round picks because if your scouts are good enough you can find gems even though the numbers say the percentage is low.

Toppin looks much better vs his rookie year. Making quicker decisions on the ball and more. Confidence in the 3 ball, still jumps in the air and dosent know how to adjust when there is contact, can't do that in a true nba game

Quickley is basically using this summer league to improve his PG skills, he dosent look smooth, but it will just be situational in the real game with the team having multiple ball handlers.

Mcbride is what we wanted from Frank and Tony Douglas. Good full court pressure and his wingspan really affects shots, has a good shot and can be aggressive from the initial attack

Grimes hasnt found his groove, I like his defense though, plays hard and has a strong base to affect the opponent. Shot. Will come as he has good. Mechanics

Sims needs to be more assertive on the offense, but surprisingly can finish around the rim. Solid pick up at at 58th slot

The euro rookies did not impress at all

Quick came to ball today.
Clean @ 8/9/2021 3:07 PM
Quick finally found his float game!
NYKBocker @ 8/9/2021 3:08 PM
Grimes. You a shooter. Shoot.
Clean @ 8/9/2021 3:10 PM
Grimes might be the the slow starter draft pick this year. It would not be totally surprising seeing how his rookie year in the NCAA went poorly as well.

Who told quick to keep taking those Curry 3's his percentage is not good on them.
VDesai @ 8/9/2021 3:13 PM
McBride looking good. Quickley having a big Q. Im a little surprised Knicks are not trying to get more of a look at their Euros.

Looks like he has a total green light. BEtween these two games he has taken some really ill advised deep ones. Thibs probably would've yanked him!

Yup. Wanted to see Rokas and Luka get some more burn. When they do come in they have them playing off the ball.

Clean @ 8/9/2021 3:15 PM
I rather those step back 3 than the Curry range 3's. Quick seems to make them at a good clip.
Clean @ 8/9/2021 3:19 PM
None of our guards can break down the D. This is seeming way too familiar. Thank goodness we brought back Rose and got Kemba.
VDesai @ 8/9/2021 3:20 PM
There's Rokas to grimes
VDesai @ 8/9/2021 3:21 PM
Grimes pretty erratic at this point. Will need some time to get his confidence.
VDesai @ 8/9/2021 3:21 PM
McBride is legit!

Rokas looking to make plays. I like it.

NYKBocker @ 8/9/2021 3:25 PM
I hope they let Luka a chance to actually run the team. Everytime he comes in, he is not the PG.
Clean @ 8/9/2021 3:25 PM
Rokas has look a little shaky at times but it seems to me like he tries to make the right play. He will get over the nerves.

What happen to the days when the coach/GM/pres would talk to the fans during summer league?

Did i miss it?

Rebecca is talking more to the pacers players and staff.

Right now we are learning some things. Miles is the 3rd string PG. Sims will be the 3rd/4th Center depending on if Thibs plays Taj and the 5. Quick wont be a PG in the NBA but I like that he is learning about being the PNR ball handler because that will help him attack the defense as the secondary ball handler. He has used the defensive gravity from sims being there to unlock is float game.
