Rose left the game with an ankle issue? May want to give McBride some minutes to get him ready.

as the 58th pick of the draft. He has some defensive awareness issues but the guy has been playing amazing relative to his draft position.
Fournier has not shot well with us yet but he is so much of a better fit for the overall balance of the team it is not a joke. I love him on this team.
Grimes showing his flame thrower of a 3pt shot in the 2 minute he got.
I love this team so much. The ball movement and cutting is so amazing. I hate ISO ball and I love that we got away from that.

Go put it in the record predictor. Be a man.
Come to think of it: I could get used to this team, even without it being loaded with superstars and primed for contention. Great group of characters to root for.
The thing I need to know is if this new Thibs offense is what he wanted to do all along but the spacing was bad due to Elfrid and Reggie being stationary or if this is a whole knew offense the coaches came up with after ISO was exposed in the playoffs. I really wish one of the reporters would ask him.

chill grasshopper
some things are not knowable but must simply be experienced
I like Fournier's drive and dish game. Having someone like him over Bullock completely changes the offense.

agree with this.
i didn't really know ef's game that well so spent a lot of time with video after the signing.
my reaction?
-"whoa"
Obi is the key though. He has confidence to shoot the ball now and he is finally playing at the same speed and flow as the game around him. He has a ton of talent. His shot is solid and his athleticism and energy is off the charts. If he is out there with someone who can break down the D he can put down 3-4 flushes per game easy. Guys like Rose, Walker, Fournier have to find him.

Yes! This has been his biggest contribution to the team so far. You want to know something else I noticed? With IQ working on his PG skills in the offseason he now plays the same role for the bench. IQ has trouble breaking down the D 1 on 1 but he is absolutely killing scrambling defenses now. Spending all summer breaking down film with the coaches has done an amazing job helping IQ read defenses.
In the film breakdown thread above there is an IQ section of him killing the wiz D. I have never been much of a fan of combo guards. However, this seems like the perfect role for Quick and he is thriving in it so far. He is not scoring as much as he did during his best times as a rookie but he is helping the team more when he is playing this way.

Wife to husband: "I need to know if you are giving me these flowers because you love me or just because it's my birthday and you feel you need to."
Husband: .....
Wife: "That's what I thought."

We have a team full of good guys who work hard and have no egos. After endless amounts of drama over the years I'm going to enjoy this.

yeah man... I think this is a big part of why we are better this year. I was wrong about Fournier. He's got a much tougher/chippy game than I gave him credit for. Very Manu like. He's a great shooter and his drive/dish/pullup gave is excellent. As for RJ I am loving him Bullock's role last year. He did a great job on Beal and really gets into guys.
The formula is great. Same as last year. We will play Thibs defense for 48 minutes. We will pound you with RJ/Randle and now the complimentary scorers are top notch. We are going to see a LOT of open 3s and a lot of these guys are really brining chemistry already like Kemba/EF and Obi/IQ/Rose and Taj and everyone
