They stopped scoring in the last three minutes because they decided to let Julius try to get his tenth assist. RJ and Fournier tried with some three point attempts. I think that got us out of our uoffensive rhythm. And maybe that greed for a triple double generated some instant Karma with Julius missing two freebies late.
A win is a win.
Note to whiners -- we won.
Chicago was undefeated @ 4-0.
But not anymore.
Thanks to our 4-1 NEW YORK KNICKS!
No. I do not like how we finished the game. We dominated them throughout the entire game until the final 2-3 minutes and then we let them make a strong run.
But I LOVE how we went INTO CHICAGO and played the game. Loved it!
Hahn with the hammer-it-home stat in the post-game
Kemba with 18 three pointers so far this season.
Elf had 29 all last year...

Everyone raving about the bulls offseason yet Knicks just go in and win in their building

When was the last time we had a PG who could shoot?

God...is it Jose Calderon
Phenomenal defensive game plan by Thibs. We smothered Levine on the PNR's in the paint, forced the others to beat us. Our coverages and rotations were sharp. Kemba and Fournier are getting acclimated to the Knicks way of playing defense. Both are digging in and flying around the court. Randle shooting 3-11 from the field and we still win against elite comp shows growth. Really loving the grit and fight in this team. Better days should be ahead with more film study and practice as we tighten up on defense and hopefully our offensive execution down the stretch.

Yeah, we still beat the hottest team in the NBA on the road. There are plenty of positives, despite how ugly they played at the end. I'd take this over the second Atlanta game 10× out of 10.

Where the Kemba haters at?

He's moved onto Quickley.
One thing that I loved about Julius Randle tonight was despite only 13 points off only 3/11 from the field etc...
He still goes out and records 16 rebounds and 9 assists along with all out effort and toughness.
LAST YEAR WE COULD NOT RECOVER FROM JULIUS RANDLE OFF SHOOTING NIGHTS but this year is different.
We've got scorers like Kemba, Rose, Fournier and others who can all step up and help us score.
Oh yeah.
R.J. Barrett is coming into his own as a two way 3rd year player who's playing at an All-Around ALL-STAR LEVEL
I freaking LOVE this team and at full health? Atlanta Hawks stand no chance.

In Boston
I was miserable all offseason due to not landing a big name PG and I was frustrated on draft night because of it.
And then Kemba Walker happened.
And I immediately began to RAVE about our PG duo of KEMBA WALKER and DERRICK ROSE.
Kemba Walker is a NY PG with NY heart and absolute OFFENSIVE FIREPOWER! Loved him since UConn!
Anyone who's ever hated on Kemba Walker does not know basketball.
2017 = All-Star.
2018 = All-Star.
2019 = All-Star.
2020 = All-Star.
What? Some of you Kemba Walker critics have already forgotten how awesome this dude is or something?
Nobody hates Kemba.
Lonzo played some good Dfense on randle down the stretch.
Why do we need to lose a game? Thibs will fix it either way.
Road win vs a good team. This is a good thing, Right?
@Martin you're 1-0 during game threads.
Cant wait for you to make our NO Pelicans GT because I'm already over this Chicago win and can't wait to go 3-0 on the road @ New Orleans!

Don't give this man any credit. Notice anything about this game thread? No Rebecca posts and it nearly cost us the game
