Don’t forget Randle is still only 27. We get stuck in this all-or-nothing mindset where if we aren’t competing for a championship we should trade everyone over the age of 23. This team will still be built around Randle for the future with the hope that we can add and develop significant pieces where Randle is no longer the #1 option. But shutting it down now and playing only young guys is not the answer. There will always be a happy medium. Grimes belongs in the rotation but we still need to compete. Just like last year this team can still adjust and win games.

That's the problem here. This is our best player.
I still think Randle is still the best player in this team, his mind is just out of it. He is pressuring himself too much to replicate or surpass last year's performance. Maybe the sleepless nights from his new baby isn't helping.
I still think Noel starts at Center until Mitch's conditioning returns. For now let Randle start but split the PF minute between Randle and Obi, if Randle has an off night let Obi play. RJ at the 3 and Grimes at 2, im still unsure of the starting point if you give it to IQ or DRose.
The team last year thrived coz they see themselves having a chip on their shoulders. Bench walker and Evan and let the kids play hopefully it will spark the team's competitiveness for the rest of the season
Randle is in a funkiest of all funks. He will snap out of it. Having Grimes to pass the ball to will help

Well yeah when every offensive set is an ISO play designed for you to have the ball in your hands for 10-15 seconds you might end up leading the team in statistical categories

In a heliocentric offense model, you just make someone else the center. But it is often hard for player to not be the center of the offense once they have sniffed that.
