What a stark reminder of all the upside of picking the just-departed Knox over him.

Let’s not forget our triangle PG Frank. Ugh

MS @ 1/17/2022 3:08 PM
I don’t think it’s force feeding.

Barrett had him wide open for 5 seconds and then threw a shitty pass. We need to move Obi, never going to play the guy he’s just going to die on the bench.

Would have been nice to see IQ start the second half over Fournier or Burks.

Offense gets too predictable. Julius was mediocre again at home. Our efforts at home this season have been pathetic.

Man Charlotte got Bouknight and Kai Jones just sitting on bench too, zero minutes
Uptown @ 1/17/2022 3:42 PM
Just saw on NBA Today that 6 players have scored their career highs at MSG this year

Felt like we got a game over .500 and these guys decided to take a game off. Disappointing loss considering how well we've been playing at home and it was Thibs 64th birthday. We were a step slow all game and we made Bridges look like the second coming of Dominique Wilkins and he just dominated Randle with a career high 38 points. Really annoying how these non/poor 3PT shooters all of the sudden just go on fire against us. But give Bridges kudos he's improved dramatically but we made it way too easy on him. Charlotte is a team where we really need Noel.

Box score will say RJ had another great game (18/12/5) but he was half asleep defensively. I lost count of how many wide open shots he gave up and how many careless turnovers he had too.

On the bright side Obi seems to have snapped out of his slump.

Gotta move on and get back on track tomorrow.

52% from Free Throw is atrocious.

On the bright side, they are paying Haywood 30M and we aren’t. Also, how in the world did they not lock Bridges up with an extension.

Oh, and I’m glad Bridges isn’t a Knick, he couldn’t handle the Broadway lights! Ok that’s bullshit, dude is built for NY. Fucking sucks he’s a Hornet.

How is this a surprise?

They offered, he turned them down.

I was thinking the same thing. Knox must have had a workout where he knocked down everything cause both of the Bridges, Mikal and Miles have turned out to be better players.
