IMHO it was an egregiously bad decision by Obi. Pull up 3 not from the corner early in the shot clock?

He knows he’s getting pulled after 5 min of play. That clock went off in his head that it’s his last chance to touch the ball before heading to the bench.

This is what I mean with Thibs sub rotation. He’s almost too structured and consistent by default. It’s like he uses the clock to decide when to sub instead of game flow.

Threes should negate a substitution. And if the sub is EF it lasts for the quarter.
