And he looks like a lottery pick talent. We certainly had a chance at a big pg who was undervalued as he got hurt late season.
Let me guess, he had a good game last night and you doing the lament hindsight thing again.
Pretty much every team passed on him.
37 chances to pass on him.
I am not worried about Ayo. I think McBride has a change to be really good. He just needs time. He is already an NBA level defender he just need NBA level experience to figure things out on the offensive side. He will not get much time this season so most of his improvements should come in the off season.
Briggs Regret Thread! Love you man!

If Ayo was on the knicks, there will be a "free Ayo thread" and he would dominate the G league. There will be fans saying, Ayo not ready, give him another year. You can't start a player with zero nba experience. Eventually he would've been packaged in a trade for a defensive player named Deuce.
Hindsight is still 20/20. And knicks youth development is still a work in progress.
Briggs, you should ask Martin to have a sticky thread on who we passed up each year. Meanwhile, Grimes is the real deal. Just throwing that out there. Glad we have a FO that passed up all the bums picks ahead of Grimes.

Agree. The FO should listen to your recommendations. Except for the 90% of them that you got wrong.
