I think this team is growing and is a pg away from being a playoff team. We have great scorers and shooters
Just like having a guy like McBride off the bench turn our defensive chemistry to a new level. If we had a pass first starting point guard to control the flow of the offense and get everyone passing we would have won last night. A pass first pg is really the one glaring hole in last nights game.

Pass first PGs is oldschool. Todays game they are scoring guards or combo guards. Chris Paul is a rare breed in todays nba.

It maybe old-skool .. But we have 4 consecutive-lottery teams (Suns, Bulls, Cavs, Hornets) going to the playoff after they added a Pass-First PG.
Suns - CP3
Bulls - Ball & Caruso
Cavs - Rubio & Rondo
Hornets - Melo Ball
Having a pass-first PG on the roster does improve the passing-skills in the rotation.

Morant scores a lot but he takes a pass first role all the time and he is very good at it.
Actually, Kyrie is pretty good at it too now. Not earlier in his career but definitely now.
