That is why during the first game the main thing I was looking at is his ability to break down the defense. If he ever gets that he will jump up a few notches. I am hoping he can learn some footwork from Brunson.

He made one nice midrange shot of the dribble. Love to see more of that

Those Jalen Duren Knick LOL-LERS can stick it!

Sims is locking this guy up. He scored 27 the last game and he is getting owned now.

Yeah, but Ashley can still get it. Watching Sims reminds me of when I'm balling with my short lilliputian nephews. Straight unstoppable.

Feron Hunt needs to be given that last roster spot. That energy is exactly what the team needs from the forward spot. As for Keels, I'm not sure he'll deserve to start for the summer league team.

Montero with the defense then the change of pace to make the defense hesitate.

The thing he needs to slow down on is the gambling. He games way too much. Its nice if he gets the steal but too many time he puts our defense in a bad situation with rotations.

The thing I hate most about summer league is the interviews. Why do we need to see the person being interviewed. We are here for the basketball game.

McBride could not break down the D again but he got a nice step back mid range jumper.
Clean @ 7/10/2022 6:35 PM
I really like Montero.
Clean @ 7/10/2022 6:37 PM
Keels with a nice PNR.
Clean @ 7/10/2022 6:42 PM
McBride is now living on that mid range. If he can hit that with consistency it will make up for not breaking down the D.

By the way, I noticed this Jeffries guy has stood out both games.

Grimes still showing confidence shooting off the dribble. If that shot ever starts falling on the bounce, he will be a starter on this team

Yeah probably after they trade Fournier… which will occur long after we as fan accuse them of being stupid for not doing it earlier, when getting value for Fournier will be their priority as long as him starting doesn’t hurt the team.
