Good God, that ESPN coverage was brutal.

I think he might already have a higher defensive IQ than his brother. But... skill or touch aren't words I'd use in his scouting report. 😏

We already have 2 two ways so something is going to have to happen to them.

Now reading some type of medical flags - but nothing specific mentioned.

I always said - overhyped- something off with him. Udoka can make him a beast though. Is tari Eason available?
Chandler @ 6/23/2023 8:32 AM
I haven’t read the whole thread so not sure if it was raised but Scoot to Portland is interesting

Dame or Scoot will be traded somehow. This is not on Portland’s win now mode and your two best players at the same position????

Something has to be cooking

Also as some have mentioned the draft (particularly for those teams with multiple picks) will have a glut of players at certain positions and will open opportunities for us to trade

Nalod @ 6/23/2023 8:47 AM
Trayce to Warriors is very good fit. He might get some playing time. Low cost and perhaps given his age and body ready to play now.

Teams with high costs using draft more. New CBA kills the middle class player salary structure.
Granted, some team will prove better with strong depth than stars and perhaps change the narrative.

You got it wrong. All the top teams are so desperate for any warm bodies they are better off with a #58 pick which will shave about a $1M off their cap and that'll in turn save them like $20M in luxury tax dollars and that's why they are doing it.

We good.

Knicks got Jericho - your previous year man crush and rightfully so - and he will be dunk-a-licious

SergioNYK @ 6/23/2023 9:40 AM
This was a super boring draft with no picks but at least we didn't take a guy nobody wanted. I remember how angry I was when we took Ntilikina.
martin @ 6/23/2023 9:58 AM
I'm going through Brock Aller multiple trade up and trade down scenarios withdrawal
BigDaddyG @ 6/23/2023 12:06 PM
Speaking of drops, didn't notice that Terquavion Smith was UDFA. Guy was projected lottery at the start of the season. Is Briggs guy Sanogo still out there?

Theyre were a ton of guys predicting Davis to go as high as late teens. The guy just dominated CBB this year and avg 21-11-4-3. He has 5x the skill that Sims has. Sims is a different player--a warm body but he does have some positional upside . Davis is a multi-skilled hybrid frontcourt player who will get playing time right away for a good team.

Well, help me understand how a possible 1st round pick falls to late 50s?

Cam whitmore fell from 4-5 to 20.
He’s 23 and a center a tad under sized
But he’s a great player and I will let his play do the talking
