I didn't see the game... but there's a zero percent chance these guys didn't kiss moments after this. 😗
I just don't get it. He's usually so mild-mannered...

Fair enough. I find it unusual for progressives to use the term "woke" derisively.
Someone help me understand why Kyrie will stay in Dallas?
I’m not even looking for right answers

Money.
Its where Kyrie has to decide that Dallas,, Texas is where he has leverage for a longer term deal and perhaps fund his philanthropic ideals given much of his endorsement deals have fell by the wayside. That leverage can get him to Lakers at a higher price. Kyrie knows he needs a market. That Dallas paid to get him matters.
I tried looking up Kyrie family foundation and how much money he has in it and distributed. But so much time in the day to care about shit like this.
He did give 1.5mil to WNBA when they shut down, and his water projects are meaningful.
Kyrie is an enigma.

Texas is a very flat state. He will feel comfortable there.

Little to no choice.
That roster is bare and with few tools to fix it.
No pick this year. No depth. Not enough cap space to sign anyone who will make a difference even if they let Irving AND Wood AND Bullock go. Mavs are basically all in on Irving and not sure Irving has many options for a deal elsewhere.
All the teams with cap space this year are young and bad.
It might be an marriage of desperate necessity for both parties.

His whole career history suggests he doesn’t give a flying fuck and will force something?

Like I say, what else can Dallas do?
They're REALLY in a bad spot.
Kyrie will take less money to go wherever Lebron goes in the offseason which is probably staying with the lakers. Kyrie is a bipolar attention clown — ofcourse he’s going to the lakers and the league wants him on the lakers anyway. Mavericks are quickly discovering he’s an idiot who can’t help himself and is a very glorified Stephon Marbury on the court and they didn’t really give up alot to get him anyway. Just sign a couple cheap veterans to play with Luka and stop going after divas like Kyrie and Douchingis

I always thought you went into counseling for things like trauma, addiction, grief…not for being a dick.
