That was one of most relaxed and fun games to attend! Nothing like an end to end blowout! The Garden was electric!

The entire bench gets the game ball. Cannot play better. Outscored the Pistons bench 64-22! So good to see IQ have a great bounce back game after the stinker in Memphis. Obi's energy translates into the crowd too. He just changes the game with his energy. Nobody else on the team has that effect. Rose had some nice old school Rose moves. Love love LOVE how Hartenstein plays! Total hustle and doesn't take plays off! Reddish had his moments.

Great also to see RJ have a bounce back game. Brunson is a huge difference maker. He looks even smaller in person but he just knows how to play and use his foot work, speed and basketball IQ. Robinson set the tone in the beginning with his shotblocking. Randle had a good game too. Nothing bad I can say about him. Brunson has really helped him the most. Fournier hit some shots, which is all I want and expect from him.

My only complaint was Thibs brining RJ back late in the 4th up 25. WTH does he always do that!?

Is it just me or are game threads after a win much shorter?

Good game. When Detroit decides to play D, and are at full strength, they're going to be tough to beat

Much better game by RJ. No hesitation in anything. Made quick decisions. Passing, driving, got that separation. Randle is playing like a weight has been lifted. I heard it from other posters after Brunson was signed for suggesting that Randle should be bringing up the ball as well, when he has the rebound. Randle is bringing up the ball once in a while, but he isnt dominating it.

Quickley is talented, but he has that ability Starks had to go off the rails, as far as shot selection. Not something you want from a backup PG, but something you can live with, if Quick was a 6th man. Believe Grimes is more tempermentally suited for backup PG, than Quickley..If he can run the second unit, with his other skills. That would really have us set at PG.

Mitch had an easier time in the paint. Took a midrange jumper. Missed it, but it was great that he took one. Hope he keeps that up.I know we had Marbury at point for a while, but I havent felt this good about who our PG was since Derek Harper. Not a numbers thing, more about representing NY.

Thibs looks like he's keeping an eye on Rose's minutes. Kept him out until the lead was cut to 12. Its a long season. The Knicks making the
playoffs, with Rose leading the second unit would be a big deal. Could help Thibs with job security as well.

Glad to see Hart taking more 3s. Only way he's going to become a reliable shooter. Cam had a rough start but that changed as soon as Rose got him going. That might turn into a good combo.

Got it.

Randle been here 3 or 4 years. I don't think I ever seen him as playful as this year. His whole demeanor has switched up this season. Whatever was bugging him last year I am glad he got it figured out because he actually looks like he is having fun this year.

Nice speed and energy shown by the Knicks, but can they sustain this over an entire season?
