Knicks · Hang your Ass out, part II: so who wins this year (page 1)

i don't know about you but i feel this year can be fun. I'm not seeing any team as so dominant that it's theirs to lose

Following list is mostly based off superstars to give my take
Lakers -- toast
Clips -- Kawhi et al. not feeling it
Warriors will be there but this isn't dynasty level
Memphis exciting, but not dominant
Sixers discordant at the moment. If Embid and Harden get going though they will be tough
Celts who knows
Heat something's not right
Dallas can Luka win all by himself -- he'll have to
Bucks my guess but not giving that juggernaut vibe
Cleveland might be a dark horse if DM plays out of his mind
Nuts hahaha

SO i'm going with Bucks. They have size, chemistry, and young enough. That said, Budenholzer is not the greatest in playoffs when teams have a chance to dial in and focus on what they do. i think there will be a lot of surprises.

We all win! I couldn't create a sports drama more compelling than the 2022-23 NBA season. And the Knicks are coming off as one of the more competent franchises in the league!

Bucks over Grizzlies in the finals

After years of calling MSG its home, Barnum and Bailey has set up shop on Atlantic Ave for the past 3-4 years and I ain't mad at that

Bucks and Warriors were my picks if both are healthy and that series would go 7 and a toss up.

Celtics. I think finals is Celts-Phoenix matchup. Bucks and Warriors are another year older. Giannis is the best player in the league, but I don't think it is enough. GSW is great on offensive efficiency, I just don't think their defense is "real".

Celts are playing more efficient ball earlier in the season than last year. I think they are going to run away with the East. They lacked a little depth last year, and should be a bit better this year. I think they are the team to beat now and for the next few years.

Nuggets/Bucks
Denver got back important players and they have Jokic. They need a little bit of time to shake the rust off but they will be a force again.
I hesitated with Celtics instead of Bucks but I think Bucks is the better team in a conf final against the celtics.
Denver ends up champion in a fantastic NBA finals.
