Ju didn’t have his joy going tonight. Zero smiles, played from his anger. With a side of apathy.

Meditative Ju is still learning to channel the light and dark sides of the Force. One day he'll become Jules the Grey and master the power of the spin without jumping in the air and throwing desperation passes. Then and only then, will he become a positive asset worthy of another team first round pick.

McBride’s shot will makes its way from the GLeague to the NBA at some point?

That's enough winning for the season. Time to tank!

Kemet @ 11/21/2022 11:00 PM
The Knicks grabbed a 11 pt lead over OKC in the 2nd quarter, and the Knicks rotation held onto the 11 pt lead throughout the 3rd & 4th quarter for a Knicks 129-119 WIN !!!

The Knicks 2nd season players Grimes, McBride, and Sims were in the rotation tonight, the trio didn't do much scoring, but they gave us outstanding hustle on the defensive end of the court to keep slowing down OKC high scoring players from out-scoring the Knicks again for a 145-135 win.

The OKC Thunders consistent poor defense are gonna get OKC some Lottery-Balls at the end of the season.
The Knicks are not the #1 worst defensive team in the league.

I don’t think we will see this kind of passing from Hart til muuuuccchh later in season or next year but it’s there

JesseDark @ 11/21/2022 11:04 PM
I still would like to see Sha Gilgrist Alexander on this team next year. We would probably have to give up RJ plus others.

Thibs might be thinking 1st quarter slow down with mitch starting and feel the other team out then BOOM use the bench. would be my plan unless you run into another run and gun team but looking at tonite okc can move the ball up quickly.

It's not MitchRob .. we all watch Randle walk the ball down court for four season now.
Randle got kicked out the western conference for not being able to run and gun LOL
Randle and Barrett are clueless on defense when an opponent keep running and gunning .. tonight game.

Everyone posts this. Nobody says why OKC would do it.

I’m thinking next disgruntled star. I’ve heard his name and Zach Lavigne in Chicago.

Schedule man. The first 18 to open the season was a real tough slate. Looking at the next 15, the only one that they will need an act of God for is Milwaukee. The other 14 are all winnable.

NY showed a lot of poise on the trip. Give Thibs some credit for learning his lesson with Kemba last year and benching Fournier early and permanently. He's also shown adaptability by having 3 centers available and still going with small ball. I think Thibs is still figuring this team out but we should all still be cautiously optimistic.

If RJ and IQ can start to consistently hit 3's this team could be real good.

Nalod @ 11/22/2022 4:45 AM
RJ served up some Crow.
Young players are inconsistant.
.500 is inconsistant.
3-2 on a road trip many thought injuries would destroy the team.
Or Leave Thibs on the side of the road with cab fare to get home.

RJ had 4 turnovers early then chilled.
Knick top three did their jobs and they won.
Grimes factored in all along. He is working his way into shape great! THis is what was expected.
.500, for some half empty and some of you like it that way. Others .500 is half full.

Lol,

.500 is a house divided. Mediocrity is maddening. Too good to not dream of Lottery and bad enough to not make playoffs. But you can’t get to “respectable street” without going thru mediocrity.

I have no idea were this team is going. Fans are like little kids: “What are we having for dinner?, When are we getting there”. They have to know the path.

I enjoyed RJ’s game last night. Especially after his first 4 tournovers.
I felt bad for him as Dort is a damn monster! He makes Mase look like a skinny kid!

Good to see Deuce get some run. He does good things is why he stays on the court. Be great if he could hit a shot.
Grimes is looking good.

I took some positive from the WIN.

Feels good to get revenge on this team and go into Thanksgiving at .500 after going 3-2 on this road trip! Contenders would have signed up for 3-2 on this tough road trip so good job after it seemed like the sky was falling!

Thunder dropped 145 points on 63% shooting, 17/51 from three last time we played them and dropped 119 points on 48% shooting and 8/24 from three last night so the defensive effort was MUCH better! There were still too many defensive lapses (argh Randle!!!) but overall I thought we did a decent job. Grimes makes a difference. He had some nice defensive stops on SGA, who is unguardable.

Game ball goes to Brunson! Career game by him! He's so much fun to watch if you're an old school fan like me because of his footwork and craftiness! He was just unstoppable! Every time the Thunder made a run, Brunson answered them. His touch is at an elite level! By far the best PG we've had since Marbury and Linsanity for a few weeks! Thank the heavens he didn't get hurt there at the end when Muscala fell on him.

So good to see RJ make some shots! That first dunk got him going. That offensive rebound putback pretty much told us he is over his sickness. He looked a lot better but still too many turnovers. Good to also see IQ make some shots. Love love LOVE Sims! Such a fun player to watch! Thibs seems to love him too! Hartenstein also gave us good minutes including two sick key blocks on SGA. Love Deuce's effort and motor on defense!

And lastly, the zebras were awful! Especially that blonde ref! Almost made Randle go psycho there at the end with her one-sided calls!
