We are determined to lose this game
franco12 @ 2/2/2023 10:04 PM
winning like this doesn't seem like a victory.
KnickDanger @ 2/2/2023 10:04 PM
Damn these 4th quarters! Feel better when we win though.
VDesai @ 2/2/2023 10:04 PM
Shouldnt have a 5 pt lead with 4.5 to go and feel lucky to hold on
Rookie @ 2/2/2023 10:04 PM
Good win never doubted it
ToddTT @ 2/2/2023 10:04 PM
Adebayo isn’t awful.
MaTT4281 @ 2/2/2023 10:05 PM
Jesus friggin Christ, we should have lost this one. We did everything we could to give it away. But you know what? Doesn't matter, +1 in the win column!!!
ToddTT @ 2/2/2023 10:06 PM
Lol… that was cute by Randle’s son.
KnickDanger @ 2/2/2023 10:06 PM
Win by 40 points or 1 is a win boys.

For the last half hour, I couldn't stop thinking about Randle's brain dead palming violation that gave Miami a trey to end the third quarter. I kept fearing that it would cost us the game. Thank goodness it didn't.

Fundamental rule, never inbound long to the middle of the court.
Have no idea why they use that inbound play. It scattered everyone AWAY from the ball and encouraged a long inbound pass. Just get your big to seal a few feet away. Smh.

Hartenstein did a good job on the boards and defense down the stretch.

Barrett was awesome offensively tonight, but the bonehead turnovers down the stretch are unacceptable. He also needs to better when he faces the double. Dont pick up your dribble and get trapped.

That right there was the most times I've said "What the fuck?" in the last 5 seconds of a game...

Stinks not having Jalen Brunson.

But I have a weird feeling R.J. Barrett will attack and drop 40+ Points tonight.

Because he dropped 46 on them last year?
Part of them on Jimmy too!

I hope your right.

You have a memory of an 🐘 because I completely forgot about him going off for 40+ against Miami last year.

I just love the kids MENTALITY and feel he's going to play pissed off after being benched 4th Q against Lakers last game.

I've been wrong before and I'll be wrong again but I just have a feeling without Brunson, R.J. Barrett will become forced to take over.

I was wrong on my gut feeling of R.J. dropping 40+ but man oh man was he the MVP of tonight's win.

Barrett:
30 Points (team high).
8 Rebounds.
4 Assists.
FG = .565%.

He struggled from 3 going 0/5 but man oh man was he UNSTOPPABLE going 13/18 (.722%) from inside the 3 and was an absolute Freight-Train/ Bulldozer while driving into the lane and attacking the rim!!!!

In Jim Mora’s voice,”playoffs…..PLAYOFFS?…..I just want to win a game”, without having a cardiac Knicks moment. Playoffs? 🤣

It also gives away a free layup that takes no time off. If your gonna turn it over make them at least have to run offense to score.

RJ and Randle playing "you call that a turnover?"

Game ball goes to Hartenstein
