Knicks · One more lap around the block on Kyrie (page 1)

Kyrie has requested a trade again. I mean…..wtf…….kick the tires for a half season if the cost is 1 FRP? We have filler contracts like Fournier, Rose and Reddish. How bad could adding a player with his talent really be for the short term and maybe even beyond
Knixkik @ 2/3/2023 2:38 PM
We were overdue for some kyrie drama.

Seriously, how does this guy get voted into the all-star game?!

Character and morals matter to me and Kookie Kyrie is an idiot! NO THANK YOU! EVEN FOR FREE!

The Knicks will not be able to handle him. It will become a massive s***show to eclipse the Marbury years.

The only place where they might set his brain straight is Miami between Riles, Spoelstra and Jimmy, but even that is doubtful.

He’s famous and 50% of the votes are fans another 25% clueless sports writers

As much as I despise Kyrie and would hate to see him here, he would give us a very legit scoring threat at the 2 similar to what Mitchell would have done. EF is dead weight, Cam and Rose are expiring contracts. We could throw in a pick to sweeten the pot

I still doubt the nets would ever trade with us. They will probably just end up trading with the lakers to get back AD

interesting

martin @ 2/3/2023 3:47 PM
Huh, Knicks kinda have a small play in this with that protected pick

Amazing that he’s screwed over multiple franchises, multiple times and yet there are still going to be a couple that think he’s not going to do exactly the same thing to them
ToddTT @ 2/3/2023 3:52 PM
I wonder if he gets any $$$ from making the All-Star team. From the Nets.

Hahahahahahahahahahahaha.

I also wonder how many people would object to him being replaced by JB All-Star weekend. On the grounds that he’s a monumental douche.

Interesting thought but Mavs would have to waive the protection on the pick this year to get something legit done, and I assume the Knicks would agree to that.

Brock Aller would demand a second round pick from Mavs for the Knicks to acquiesce to that

Leon Rose is Jewish right?
