I hate 1pm games on a Saturday! Gonna have to DVR this and ignore everyone until night time LOL! But we always get anniliated by Denver. Jokic just ends it early. Amazing player to watch! Rob is gonna have to hold his own and stay out of foul trouble. Randle and RJ must have big games too.
Nikola Jokić is 13-1 throughout 14 Career Games against the Knicks @ .928%.(while averaging 21.9 Points, 10.2 Rebounds and 5.8 Assists Per Game along with a FG% of 55.9% and a +/- of +121.
Denver = 47-23 (17-17 Away).
New York = 41-30 (19-16 Home).
With or without Jalen Brunson we'll have an opportunity to see how far these Knicks of 2023 have came in comparison to years past once up against Nikola Jokić today.
(1-0 against Denver this year but they were without Nikola Jokić).

Huge game for Julius. Two years ago he proclaimed himself the MVP going into Denver and the Knicks got crushed in a huge red flag game. Denver has been losing and the chatter is that they might not be real contenders. This is an 11 am game for Denver. A lot will come down to the Garden crowd. Hopefully the fans will be desperate to see the boys back in town and give the home squad a lift. Randle will come out strong looking to get the crowd ooing and swing. I might have to get up in the middle of the night to watch the 4the quarter.
maybe the 6 seed ain't so bad.
gradyandrew wrote:maybe the 6 seed ain't so bad.
Why the 6th seed?
We're +1.5 ahead of Brooklyn and +3.0 ahead of Miami.
Win today vs. Nuggets and and Monday vs. Timberwolves and we're only 2.0 games back of Cleveland for the 4th seed (with still 1 H2H game against them too).
I'm going to be rooting hard for Brooklyn to best Cleveland during their upcoming Back-To-Back games because the way the Knicks have been winning we'll be able to pass Cleveland for the 4th seed with 9 games remaining (after Denver/Minnesota games).
Win today and that 4th seed is 100% alive (moving forward).

It's fool's gold to look at anything besides losses,.as I have been telling you for a month. You can't unlose games.
I think avoiding Milwaukee is the key.

Exactly.
And the Knicks are currently only 2 loses behind Cleveland for the 4 seed.

Exciting news.
I'm now really looking forward to our PG/BIG duo of Jalen Brunson/Julius Randle vs. their PG/Big duo of Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokić.
About to play the #1 Western Conference Seed?
@ Full Strength?
Definition of excitement.
It's good to have our All NBA point guard back.
JB coming in hot. There was a time in Jamal Murray was on the court, it was automatically assumed that he would be the best guard in the court. Nowadays I'm genuinely shocked if the Knicks don't win the lead guard matchup. 😂
Julius hits a three early on. Looks rested.
I know Hart is hyped for this Joker matchup after being his understudy years ago.
