Knicks · [Game Thread 3/18/23] Knicks vs Nuggets 1PM (page 4)

Josh Hart fueled the run late third quarter. Creating turnovers and just upping the energy level

this is why I like and say RJ is a SG. If you play him there next to a true 3 (Hart really isnt but closest thing we have) he's a bully and lives in the paint and racks up these buckets. Great job by our big 3 guys. I thought Jules hit big buckets down the stretch and we played great D on joker. Really big win for the Knicks. We just beat them in crunch time and that's just phucking great

Terrific fight in this team. What a turn around from when they would get punched and just never get back up again. This team keeps coming at you .
Panos @ 3/18/2023 4:06 PM
If I had one complaint down the stretch of this game was Mitch Rob open under the basket at 1:32 left in the game and Randle spinning and then throwing cross court out of bounds.

I gotta give credit where it's due. RJ has cleaned up his game a bit and is starting to focus.
Philc1 @ 3/18/2023 4:26 PM
How bout that RJ Barrett? Guys?
LivingLegend @ 3/18/2023 5:36 PM
Game was blacked out in my area so missed everything.

Looking at box score — looked like reasonable stats for everyone.

Did Brunson make it thru the game completely healthy or was he nicked up at any point?

Brunson looked healthy might be sore tonight but he looked fine

Ira @ 3/18/2023 6:04 PM
After the game, Brunson was interviewed and said his foot was fine.

Yup, and so did I.

Big win. Mitch very involved, well balanced scoring. Last year, I really expected a loss every game and I want to have Brunsons babies.

What happens right before where that video starts is why you close with Hart. How many times have we had the team miss a late shot only to get the rebound and score on the 2nd chance point. Him tracking rebounds down is so important for us. He does everything we need. The perfect role player for us.

RE Black-outs

MSG isn't an option on Sling. I've seen something for some kind of MSG streaming app that would run about $29.99/month, which is too high & an insulting gas station price gimmick, and I'm not doing it, since, besides the price, I don't watch any of the hockey in its offering. Charge me $10-12 just for the Knicks, & I might do it.

I tried League Pass, but the quality on my older computer was spotty, and for the most part unwatchable, and to top it off you had blackout restrictions & time delays, which sucks.

I've been using this: https://watch.crackstreams.me/nbastreams. It is usually pretty good. Sometimes I have to refresh it, but after you learn its quirks, it is pretty good.

Someone else posted https://mygoodstream.pw/nba/, which is not bad, but I prefer crackstreams at this time.

One thing he has really gotten great at is getting into the lane. There was one drive where RJ went into the lane and whoever was calling said it was because they don't take away his left. Totally not the case. It seems it doesnt matter. There was a quote I read a few days ago...

He's a good player, obviously; gets downhill left and everybody knows it, it's still hard to stop...

The man gets into the lane whenever he wants.

Just finished watching and this was a great freaking win! So proud of this team!!

This is just a thing of beauty and I think it’s only the tip of the iceberg. Next year, Knicks gonna play beautiful basketball
