Not the kind of move that gets me warm and fuzzy about that 2025 pick conveying.

I’m laughing every time I see a rumor about teams fighting over giving Paul George or Klay Thompson max deals. We got Mikal and OG baybeee
martin @ 6/26/2024 7:22 PM
Falling to 24 & 25?!

He got Bridges, he doesn't need any sympathy.

. Yeah I was so sick of the Paul George rumors and people saying how smart it would’ve been for us to trade multiple unprotected picks for him. Thank God we have a legit front office not Isaiah Thomas 😂

Could totally see us trading back to the 2nd for more picks and cheaper contracts.

. I feel like we will package 24 and 25 to move up but we’ll see

Nice idea?

Want to figure out how to pry 14 from Washington.

. Makes sense with the Mitch rumors lately and knowing how bad they want to sign IHart. Get a big there a wing at 25 resign IHART and call it an offseason

Remember the overpay cries from the dweebs when Brunson signed for $104m in 2022? Brunson made $26m last year and making $25m this year, for comparison.

Makes sense in concept, but I don’t really see anyone on that roster that makes sense. Holmes, Bagley or Shamet. Only Shamet creates enough space to fix the Bridges trade. Wouldn’t want to waste 11mm of space on Shamet though.

Alright after spending much of the day pretending to be Thibs and watching some highlights and scouting reports, I can't say I'm 100% sold on any one prospect but I do like Kolek, Missi and Filipowski.

Kolek is a dawg and a true PG and I could see him earning some playing time with how hard he plays. He'd be a good facilitator for that second unit. Missi reminds me of a young Mitch. Athletic, quick off his feet, lob threat, tries to block everything. Filipowski of a young Hartenstein. Nice passer, work horse, can hit a jumper. Neither guy is probably ready to play big minutes but nice developmental pieces. Furphy looks like a good role player too.

Can't say I liked Edey or Ware. I'll root for Edey cause I miss old school back to the basket big man basketball.
Ware is talented but not the type of big we need and he has motor issues which is a deal breaker. I also don't want a guard who is looking to get his.

Wished I had more time to watch and read more.

Hoping iHart takes the pay cut to return, but that doesn't help the market value.
