He gets his money and they can trade him.
Curious if he gets a no trade clause?
[Sixers_Galaxy] The #Sixers “desire” to sign Paul George next offseason has been described as the league’s “worst-kept secret,” per @PompeyOnSixers. “There are some who expect both sides to reach an agreement, leading to George joining forces with Embiid and Maxey next season.”Good thing IMO, as PHI could be a team that could throw $40m at OG and make things difficult for us.
My hope is we can retain OG at around 30-32m per year.

I'm scared of Joel coming back soon, being healthy for the playoffs, and drawing us this year.

same, im fine staying at #3, dont think PHI will move to 6th. Give me CLE, IND or ORL in the 1st round.
My son went to NC State, him and his wife in from Denver for the weekend so we really been enjoying their improbable run to the final four. We live in ACC territory dominated by UNC-Chapel Hill. Because of that we always liked Duke and State even before he went there.
We watched the ACC tournament and thus far with interest the tournament. Both NC State Mens and womens in the final four!!
Odds are not with either but its the journey that is sometimes more fun than the result!

ACC getting SMU, cal and Stanford??? Maryland left a few yeas back. Got to admit, the rivalries made it special "back in the day". Now its generic. I don't follow college ball much these days outside the tournaments.
Glen Taylor might be a bit regretful about his price but Slimy A-rod has not made payments on time and opened the door contractually to be shut out. He and Lore still own their stake. There is no mention about the terms of the contract if they keep it or get refunded their shares with some stipulation about price/valuation.
I have read that Lore bought the money for first 40% but Arod has not come up with his. He was suppose to finish this deal.
Carlyle pulled out of the financing at the last minute. Rumor was he was selling pieces of his shares at new inflated prices thus diluting the equity he had. Nothing wrong about having a slew of limited partners BTW. The 1.5bil price from 2021 is now low. What Arod is doing is what real estate swappers like to do. Cash out with increased valuations while maintaining the debt load. Its not evil or dumb. Since his retirement Arod had a nice run of showing up on financial shows to be interviewed and had a spot on Shark Tank. So has Ashton Kutcher. Does not make him "Warren Buffett" mind you but it was a good look for him post career and after his Steroid issues.
At the same time Lore and A-Rod been kind of running the Timberwolves paying and giving a stake to Former Nugg's GM Connelly, did the big Rudy trade and loaded up on salary. To their credit they are in the hunt for a first place finish all while the deal was to go down by march 27th, have nice playoff run and send Taylor packing. A-rod has been high profile all the while enjoying his new status all the while trying to use others monies. Its a smart play if it works. He'll try to paint Glen Taylor as the bad guy but fact is he did not come up with the money on the date of the contract. Taylor had given him extensions before.
Im no fan of Taylor as an owner. He hired "Kahn" and approved many bad deals including Rambis to coach the Triangle. Maybe a good idea that was executed badly? Hey, the Titanic was a good idea! In time larger more luxurious boats came to be. LOL. Taylor hired Thibs to be team president and coach the team. Again, good idea given his penchant for detail but he drove the team too hard. Thibs and Budenhauzer ended the team president-head coach era!
Gerson Rosas good hire from Houston, Too bad his obscession with women ended his run.
Wolves record speaks for itself under Taylor. Not a great owner by any stretch.
The "financial cliff" this team is heading on has to be solved as they are heading to the second apron.
My guess was KAT if healthy would have helped make a good deep run and then he'd be traded. team still would be very good if it played cards right. All under new ownership. Good plan, not well executed. Why? A-Rod did not bring his check book.
If he learned something on Shark Tank its leverage. He struck a good deal in 2021 but contracts if not closed let the sharks in.
Lebron looking for a new team?
That’s cool. Just put StarJ on the shelf when you’re playing us.
