No, I think he would have been considered a pick way before preseason, like at the draft, regardless of what he did in 1 preseason game several months later.
I think at least one story about why he fell was cause he smoked weed right in the locker room before some workout. Along those lines.

Rose is gonna score 40 when he plays against us. I wonder if it took him longer than expected to recover from that bone spur surgery.
Obi's gonna have some growing pains, but he put up pretty solid numbers when he started for us.

I was on CAM TRAIN but if there ever was a player that seems too cool for school and seemingly thinks his s**t don’t stink it’s Cam.
Lakers took on CAM and Wood... two highly questionable guys.
I'm just glad we dont have to hear ppl calling for Thibs head anymore over guys like CAM, never got the fuss about him.

Drose looked how last year? Pretty bad actually. Was he banged up a bit last year? Why we put this on Thibs? Drose has two things to do this year: hold up for 25 games and then push Jah Morant to not be an idiot. Im all about rooting for him to succeed but we gave him a nice extension with and the benefit of the doubt being a solid pro he’d be ready to play and able. He did, but what did we all see? It was time to promote IQ. Remember THibs, the guys who ALWAYS puts HIS GUYS above Yoot? He loves Drose and visa versa. But Thibs has a job to do and a tough one in fact.

Hornets’ Miles Bridges who blew his big contract with domestic abuse charges in hot water again after throwing billiard balls at the car of his ex (who has a ten year restraining order against him) during a custody exchange - his kids were in the car. His current girlfriend joined in by kicking the car. Reportedly there is a separate warrant of unknown purpose out there for him as well. Glad he made the public apology and told us about all that therapy he’s getting.
I know there were a few posters here who thought we should grab him when the price was low. Maybe involve the Rockets and we can get Kevin Porter too.

Girlfriend kicking the car? Cars always win. Nothing so not hot about an enraged women screaming and kicking at the women who is the mother of the boyfriend. Envious and petty jealousy so unappealing like that.
now, we don't know the story and what might have set him off but..........It don't matter if you got a restraining order. And if it lands him in jail he'll ball out every day in the court yard.

I think his kid(s) were in the car as well. Bridges will be playing in the Easter Island League next season, if he isnt in jail.
