While whose in and whose out is determined in both conferences, the intrigue of seeding still remains. Three teams can finish first out west.
The rest is still wide open. Parity has created few "it" teams but playoffs can turn into a true tournament style outcomes with few favorites and thus few upsets, but the series could be all very close.
Tiebreakers will matter!
Lower seeds are not much lower but many teams can make a legit run for the chip!

I think the perfect 1st round matchup for us is the Cavs. If we can get 4 and have them drop to 5 that would be the best bet of us advancing.
