I don’t know why he doesn’t do this more often. His first step and length is a nice skill set to have for his size.

Just want to give Mitch his props for what he’s doing with his HS coach. I envy that level of generosity at such a young age.

I’m also not surprised because I know personally he has a huge heart and a naturally good dude, nothing is fake. At least that’s my take when I first met him before he was a Knick, he was very humble and easy to talk to. Little did I know the knicks would draft him lmao.

I believe he’s a classic late bloomer who will eventually become the #1 defensive center in the nba. Don’t let his offensive skills come out. That’s one thing I saw in person (local gym) but he rarely shows it in the nba. That in and out move he did was one example. I’ve seen him hit step back 3’s. It looked awkward but it was going in.

Much love to Mitch. I hope he retires a Knick.

Rob is that guy you hope your kid looks up to. Hard working, no drama, great teammate and even a more amazing human being for what he did for his old HC. We could all wish to have a Rob in our life.

I recall there were "questions" about Mitch's maturity and even intelligence when he was drafted. Well that's that.

So easy to root for.

Took him a few years to figure out but he is a real pro these days. Glad the Knicks helped mold and develop him.
