I honestly would too. This is pretty much the team I want, depending on how Randle plays on a day to day basis - whether I want to hug him or kick him. Triple double Randle gets hugs with a hard slap on the shoulders as we laugh about his 7 turnovers.
Not to segue too far from the topic but I think we should consider the Houston Rockets as a trade partner that can help facilitate a Mikal Bridges trade. They obviously own the Nets' picks for the foreseeable future, which would have obvious value to the Nets should they decide to rebuild. Can we trade some combination of picks for them and then re-route those picks back to the Nets for Mikal? I also think we could etch out the framework of a Quentin Grimes for Jalen Green swap that could get the Nets an "upside" piece to kickstart their rebuild.

Jalen Green has been horrible. I don't think the Nets bite.
Agreed. I use to think Green's worst case scenario would be Zach LaVine. Watching him, he'd be lucky to etch out a Jordan Clarkson type career. But he is still young and electrifying (at times), which can dupe the rubes that pay for tickets. Hope is a commodity and I think he can offer some utility in that regard. The ultimate goal would be to get the Nets back their picks (so we can get Mikal).

Yeah, I mean, I wonder how his career would've turned out if he had real coaching and infrastructure his first year. The Ignite certainly didn't offer it and Houston was a clusterf*ck the first few years. I see the talent, but he's still weak and this is the first year he's being held accountable. I could see a team taking a chance the way we did with Cam Reddish.

He seems so much smaller than I thought he'd be. Usually if you're undersized, you make up for it with girth/strength (ala Donovan Mitchell, Eric Gordon, etc). Green, however, doesn't seem to have the length or strength despite being a nuclear athlete. I think that profile severely limits the upside he was percieved to have before the draft.
