He's no Ish Smith, but Clyde will like having Shake around.

In case you’re not familiar with Milton, he’s only the most dominant guard to ever play the game.

ToddTT @ 3/2/2024 7:47 PM
I’m pretty sure that’s JR Smith.

Panos @ 3/2/2024 8:30 PM
So, half the active roster will be players from a team that managed 8 wins into the AllStar Break?
Knixkik @ 3/2/2024 8:30 PM
CAA so it makes sense.

Late to the party, bit I'm a fan. The man can dribble and score.

Pretty sure this is just a gift to Walt.

Knicks going to wait until game time to announce the signing.

I like it, he wasn't good in MIN this year.

but he was a solid piece for a contending PHI team. last season averaged 8.2/3.2/2.5 on 48/38/85 shooting. When PHI was the #1 seed a few years ago he averaged 13ppg for them.

Could see him earning a bigger role as a strong big guard who can get into the paint.

Guess he cn shore up the backup pg role and give Brunson a little more of a break. Burke has been a little disappointing as lead guard off the bench.

Burks as the lead guard is a Thibs move. I didn’t like it then or now.
Milton was killing us in Philly. I remember saying we need that guy on this team. But he’s not that guy anymore. I just hope all that losing and low minutes / production since leaving Philly didn’t kill his confidence.

Watching Burkes play feels like he’s a shell of himself. And not ready for heavy Thibs minutes rotation. Let’s see if Milton can handle going from 8mins to 38mins a game. Thibs wil see if his tires are built for this. Maybe that’s the key with Thibs. Rest your top guys and bring in vets he can run into the ground. Then bring the starters back for a solid playoff run 🤔

Lol Milton started the season in Minnesota so it wasn’t that much losing

He played four games for the Pistons : l

Always interesting to get new players and speculate but looks like his usage and stats were way down, especially the 3 point thing. Maybe Thibs has some magic touch for him.

I thought bring Burke back was a head scratcher cause I didn’t think he was effective when he was pressed into service during his last stint. He can get the ball from foul line to foul line but doesn’t setup other players or penetrate.
