Miami Heatish.

San Antonioish as well. Cleveland Cavalie s with Lebron had that Australian guard whose name escapes me too. Be great if this Afro German is the guy

You're thinking of Deladova, who happened to be Huk's teammate in Australia this year.

Yes, that's the Aussie. Team will play small ball for sure this year, but hope this guy works out

Maybe it’s not so much a hit as players playing better when surrounded by better players and coaches

And a “winning culture“ I would add.

It’s now or never for Sims. Kid needs to have a break out year. Alls quiet with resigning Precious. If the season started today, Sims is in the rotation.

Paul Reed anyone? The Sixers are waiving him today to create cap room.

Very true. It becomes easier to find quality role players with deeper picks when the roster is very set at the top and middle.

Reed and Achiuwa would be a good situation at backup 4 and 5

Suck it, Ainge.

Reed had some nice games filling in during the season for Embiid. I'd definitely take a look at him if we lose Precious.

Paul Reed had something in his contract I have not seen before:
2024-25: non-guaranteed, fully guaranteed if win opening round of 2023-24 playoffs or 1/10/25
2025-26: non-guaranteed, fully guaranteed if win opening round of 2023-24 playoffs or 1/10/26

At 6-9 does he have the Length that Tibs likes to protect the rim?
He also plays PF.

FYI, Philly retooling is impressive if healthy. The "When Embiid asks out" thing really never happened. They rebuilt and were patient not starphuching last year. They waited for Harris to come off books. Instead, they free agent starphuched this year! LOL.........They need good health. What team doesn't?

Favorites? Bit early bit Boston, Knicks, Milwaukee, and Philly will be there. Then there is the "Surprise" team that nudges their way in. Like we did last year. Thats Indy? Orlando?

Reed? Intriguing development. He was making 7-8mil. Is he happy he is free or he got issue getting it back??

At this point I'd use the MLE on the most flippable player for the trade deadline. If it Spencer Din, Reed or whoever. Need a player to trade with a contract good enough to move with second rounders at the deadline. Perhaps we get a center then if we can't trade for one now

Sort looks like one of those premature aging guys - he's 22 years old, but he looks 30... sort of like Greg Oden and Lebron James did when they first entered the league.
