What surgeries? Good to know that Sims is healthy. Believe it wasnt just a health issue, but his game as well. Glad he's working on it in the offseason.

Jericho, Precious and Huktua. I think we are set at backup C.

My biggest problem with Jericho isn't the complete lack of an offensive game, but more the fact that on defense he seems to lack awareness/not now where to position on the court. We give up a lot of backdoor when he's out there. He also doesn't box out the way our other centers do. Both of these things can be improved upon - and my biggest dissapointment is that he hasn't gotten better at these areas.

I don't think he's ever gonna be a shooter. I won't bag on him for working on it, but more interested in seeing him be more of a presence on the boards and in defensive awareness.

I really like this regimes development chops. It's not just finding the right fits. Sometimes you need to grow your own and we are doing that.

It’s okay to have high hopes. And generally I prefer the development of home grown players to casting them off first opportunity. The increasing confidence in and setting up to succeed of our draft picks is a very encouraging part of the current regime.

Hoping there’s another level he can reach. He hasn’t developed much beyond his base level skillset, but if he can offer some real quality play unexpectedly that would be awesome.

I have always said that he has the body/ athleticism to be a poor mans Dwight Howard, I have just always wondered if he has the work ethic/passion to make it happen. However, it could have been these injury issues that held him back. I hope we see him finally take some steps. With that said, why Mike Bibby? We have big man coaches like Othella Harrington, Mark Bryant, hell even Pat Ewing or LJ out there. Interesting that he would choose Bibby when there are quite a few options out there to teach him how to play like a big man.

His training looks geared more to him playing PF.

Jericho going to shut down the haters

Sims will be a late bloomer who will have a long career as a solid role piece. Extend him now!!

With Bobby he will develop new skills and confidence and take them to camp where Things and Bryant will evaluate them and structure him with additional coaching.

After watching this clip, maybe Bibby can teach him something after all.

I always felt that Bibby was one of the most underrated big men in the league.

Bibby got a lot of grief on this board when he was a Knick for being over the hill. But he did hit a game winning 3 in the playoffs, with the clock running out. That kept us from getting swept.
