Another positive aspect of this trade is KAT makes this roster more versatile. Dependng on the matchups, there will be times when KAT and Mitch will share the court. Mitch coming off the bench and playing between 20-25 mins a night may be a way to preserve him towards the end of the year and into the playoffs.

If Mitch has really been available for the last year and a half, I will be surprised if he isnt moved by the first trade deadline. When he's closer to playing again.

It's possible...but I can't imagine the Knicks wont add another traditional 5 at some point.
