We are enjoying the world class, hall of fame Knick announcers. Marv was fantastic (if weird!), but I’m not sure there is a better pair in the NBA.

Hey, we got nothing against the weird ones! Dress as you like!
And you know OG get his power on this block from those stout calf muscles

Overdid yardwork yesterday. Paying the price today!
Josh Hart mentioned a Venom knee device in a recent podcast. Sounded interesting so I checked out their website, and wound up buying their back gizmo.
Not cheap, but the heat is very nice.

Started doing some Superman pose for strengthening, as well as various stretches.
Hope you’re still kicking ass.
The Superman movement puts lots of compressive force on the lower lumbar spine. I stopped doing it after my chiropractor told me that. Do planks and some other movements like Dead Bugs.

Beautiful play - but note that those are the sort of plays that Mitch likes to break a thumb or hand on...

This board full of Debbie downers.
OG has no lift? I thought that also after seeing him fall the last few games and his shot off as well.
I watched him in person on Friday in Charlotte and he dunking, rebounding, but the shot is not looking good and he falling.
For the shot, his elbow OK? Falling, he just might have an tender ankle?
Turned game off at half time. I saw enough. Either I see them lose the lead which is aggravating or the malaise of a blow out. not the worst thing but for those who bought seats a while back thinking they'd see Zion I feel bad for those folks.
If It became a tight game Sure I go back and watch the replay. But wife made nice dinner and I can't put on all games.
I’m glad Mikal has this game. Hope to see more like this from him, but what I really want to see from him to feel at ease is him consistently coming in to play solid defense. His offense in the previous games was inconsistent, but that happens. Now, the defense you can bring it every game and sometimes his pressure and his focus was just not there. They say defense gets easier when you got your offense going, but with Bridges, I’m mostly worried about him and OG creating havoc on defense. Any offense is welcome, or course, and he is more than capable, but just show up every game on the defensive side and I’m good.
I love this angle. I always wished I could hit a shot like this in a game. Sadly as a Center I was never in position to. This was the time before stretch bigs were a thing. So I was in the paint at all times unless I was setting a pick.
13 boards in 23 minutes where’s the love for my man Jericho?

PhilC, have add it.
And Elf, the man you proclaimed would never make it back to the NBA.
Which he has done twice.
Why smite a man who played for your team?

At this stage of careers Deuce is a better player than Marcus Smart (Health issues)at a quarter of the price!
Friday in Charlotte every time he did something the crowd cheered "Deuuuuuuuuuuuce"!
Crowd I estimate was about a 3rd Knick fans.
We feeling a little better yet? Pelicans are trash but beating trash teams by 30 is the equivalent of beating good teams. This month will be the month the Knicks get back on track. Orlando game is a good home test, probably our toughest game of the month.
Exactly the type of a win we needed after that Charlotte game. Good to see Bridges have a game like that too! Career high 7 threes! Proven he needs to be aggressive! I'd next like him to start getting to the FT line more. He's only averaging 0.7 FT attempts game. He averaged 6.6 FT attempts a game in 22-23 and 3.9 in 23-24. I know his role has changed here but I'd like to see try to get that to 2-3 FT attempts a game. He also defended Murray really tight in that first half.
Brunson with another strong game and loved those assists to Bridges! Those 2 def watched filmed and identified some opportunities for easy baskets. KAT didn't shoot it well but ate the glass with 19 rebounds. Credit to Messi! Kid can play and defend! Loved that OG block on Theis! That goal tend by Sims was sick and should have counted. Sims with 13 rebounds off the bench! Deuce looked healthy and quick and he immediately went to work. Also loved that alley oop to Huk with 0.2 secs left from Payne.
And we finally solved the Thibs mystery of taking players out with a lead. We just need to be up near 40 and the opposing team needs to wave the white flag first. LOL
Also nice to be back at the Garden and hear Clyde! RIP Lou Carnesecca.

Oh yes 2 years after barely being the 12th man on the suns he’s now played 6 games for a tanking pelicans team. Do you think he makes the all-star team?

Your words were "He will never play for an NBA team again".
He was your scapegoat. Fact was he stepped up and helped get the team to a 4th seed then had injuries and tailed off. He as signed as a back up and ended up starting. Nobody had any expectations and he was a joy to have on the team.
Look at you, still doubling down like a teen. Just own it sometimes. Nobody here is right all the time.
Dude got to play again, and in the Garden one more time. Maybe he is savoring the moments in what might be his last trip. Not all stories have to be grandiose. Nothing here to make a movie about. Dude comes back, has a few good games, one being 21 assist!!!
Remember we like guys that play defense. He was National College Defensive Player of the Year 10 years ago. He was known not for offense.

You know what player I can’t figure out why he isn’t in the league - Emmanuel Mudiay. He had such a great year for us, had physical talents, and poof, gone in 20 seconds.

Looking at his stats the year after he was here is uneven but I recall under Quinn Snyder in Utah off the bench he was doing well for a team that went 44-28 in the covid short season. Then he disappeared. He played in puerto rico last year. Nothing found for this.
