I’ve also said the pressure will be on Thibs this season. Our roster is deep. But Thibs will only play his top guys regardless of cam Payne was the best efficient guard on the team. That’s why players love him. Bit would we have won if cam got more PT? I missed the game but sounds like the same song. Tired legs and drop coverage. Or we can say Rotation and defensive scheme.

Tough loss. I thought we played hard and the energy and effort were good for the most part but give the Wolves credit. They were on fire all game long from 3 and hit a lot of tough shots. Especially Naz Reid. He was hitting them deep and hitting nothing but net. And Antman is one of the most talented scorers in the league and not much you can do when he's on like that.
Happy that Randle got a nice ovation. Say what you want but he was a warrior for us and helped revive a dead franchise. I got nothing but love for him and wish him nothing but the best.
Love how Payne has played the last few games coming in and creating a spark but he's got to do it in both halves. He goes into a shell in the second half of games for some reason. Scored 18 in the first half and zero in the second half. He needs to stay aggressive. And Thibs needs to leave him in there when he's shooting and playing like that - 18 points in the first half. Pair him with JB idc but you can't sit down a guy who is that hot.
Glad Hart was ok after that scare.
Sucks not having KAT but we're fine in the standings and don't need to take risks and chase wins. We're likely ending up 3rd in the East which I'm perfectly fine with. I'm more concerned about the health of the team. Home court advantage is overrated imo. If KAT needs to sit out a few games or even a couple of weeks or until the All-Star break, so be it.

Sims is clueless offensively and overrated defensively. Really need to play Huk over Sims and develop Huk. Much brighter future.

This teams suck because our wings suck. Brisges and Anunoby can't shoot or score off the dribble, so Brunson gets doubled or defended with a bigger wing. What makes it worse is that neither seems to want to defend all game. We will play small bursts of defense and then long stretches where we don't. We get a consistent effort from KAT, Hart, JB and we get Jekyl and Hyde from Mikal and OG.
Those guys need to be on the floor less at the expense of McBride and Payne. We need guys who hustle and bring energy.

That's actually an understatement on Cam -- he was as hot as anyone has been this year - completely turned game after ass start from starters. Cam changes pace, everyone is involved and play style is fun. Wish we played that way all game but rest of time is kind of like a slow grind with guys either standing around or we are waiting on great last second cut to get a bucket.

Sims can't sustain his good moments. The minute you think he's a viable rotation option he turns into a turd and the minute you think he's completely gone he shows up with a good game.
His best attribute has always been his ability to switch/guard the perimeter. He should be a top rebounder but instincts suck.

We have two scorers (Brunson & KAT) and the rest are a bunch of role players. Bridges, OG, Hart. We don’t any have shooters. So our 3&D guys aren’t good at the 3 or the D, with the exception of OG who has his moments of game changing defense.
Absolute agree that OG and Bridges are feast or famine and more often it’s famine.
