Great win!

Thought Jalen could have run the offense better but a win with clutch shooting makes up for all of that.

I thought Mitch looked fantastic albeit rusty.

Someone needs to do a health check on Thibs though, no one played 40 minutes. 10 player rotation too with Precious only getting 4 minutes.

OG was awesome defensively in the first half. Shot came around as the game went on. Still am adventure dribbling and finishing. Making a shot like that does wonders for confidence.

Knicks went down 12 in the 3rd after going 5 mins with no scoring, but they got stops while they couldnt score sothey could stay in it.

Final play - why do the Knicks let Morant get free with a head of steam (they did the same with Maxey) - but Mikal on his heels still does an excellent job forcing him wide of the basket finishing left. Very tough finish, still almost went in.

He finished two shots inside that were not dunks that he didn't play volleyball with. He wasn't finishing those the last couple of seasons. Definitely looks thinner and maybe the rehab allows him to focus on his skills. I wonder how his free throws will look

One important thing that having Mitch back does is it allows us to separate Brunson and Kat. I think when we play the top 3 teams we are going to have to go JB/wing/wing/OG/Mitch and then Deuce/wing/wing/Precious/Kat. I think that will be the adjustment that Thibs is going to have to make against the true contender teams. With that said, so pumped Mitch back, and it looks like he has some post moves now too. In that video posted before the game, it looked like he was practicing the iHart runner inside of the free throw line. If he can hit that shot and make some more of the post moves we saw today then it should alleviate people’s fear of him being a “0” on offense.
