Not entirely sure how much we should care or react here. Both teams are 1 game away from locking into their seeding. Its not a consequential game for the standings, but for the Knicks its potentially one for the psyche. For Boston, there's very little on the line except for the opportunity to bury one of their rivals and really get into their heads more deeply. As a Championship level team, they will probably relish that chance and go full bore.

I think for mind set, it matters very much. You don't think its going to fuck with players heads if they go into the playoffs 0-8 against Cavs/Celts?

I think for this group it's a positive. A win is always nice but I would hate to lose a tight game here where we really give it our all. Considering the mentality of this group a "something to prove" mindset is a positive. Underdog... not in the same tier... all of it. Let it rain down baby. I would look forward to our reaction to that attention
