Did iHart have a hell of a year or what? $$$+🏆

He has it all and deserves it all. He'll always have this even during those sleepless nights in Milwaukee he spends after the Giannis trade.
No more Doris for months. We’re all winners!
Thank GAWD. Lose seeing McConnell & others cry in Reggie's arms in the tunnel as the crowd says we are the champions, no time for Pacers(losers). The refs tried all they could to cut the lead with lame touch or non-foul calls. I think the Knicks would have met the same fate, but would have done better than most expected. That gives us hope with the right moves and new coach.
Congrats, iHart, miss you. NBA Champ.

I used to like her, but she became like the NBA version of Bud Collins. Trying to be too "colorful".
Thank you OKC! Watching the Philadelphia Eagles win it was bad enough. I don't think my mental health would have survived a Hicks championship!

Too bad so sad for Haliburton. Knew the karma with the choke sign and his psycho dad would come back to bite him one day but didn't expect it tonight. This was one of the most painful ways their season could've ended so that makes me happy!
OKC knocked us down two pegs before the season even began.
M***** f***ers.

Halliburton and Tatum both out next season who she gonna root for against the Knicks?
Next year has to be the Knicks year. It just has to.
After all that, Hali is no Willis but he did play well and risked a lot. I'll give him that.
With no dog in this fight I found myself ambivalent to who won. Bland Superstar SGA is a good dude, and we all love iHart....while Carlisle the gristle old vet coaches a good game and the hated TJ at 6 foot player with great heart one has to admire. Things to like on both sides. Indy played a great season with passion and clutch play.
But then there was Hali and his pops. Gaudy displays that rub folks the wrong way or joyful confidence? Perhaps we let Karma decide?
She did and Karma is a bitch!

OKC will be tough to beat, but we have a golden op to make the finals.
Obi really laid an egg in this one --- turned into a pumpkin.

So Cringe - needs to be canned.
Either Jefferson or Doris over JVG (come on man) - Mark Jackson is a dud for me but Van Gundy was solid/funny.
I actually like how Jefferson has grown some but Doris is just yuck....they should give Monica a shot nationally.
Have to say --- OKC did NOT look so unbeatable to me. Healthy Hali last night and I bet they got beat.
Pacers very impressive BUT from a physicality/tenacity standpoint but saw this stat.
Hali in 6 minutes scored more points than Nesmith, Turner and Obi combined - OUCH.

he's a role player, the deeper you get into playoffs the more the cream rises to the top.
I mean guys like Nesmith, Turner, Obi... they disappear for games at a time, and once in a while one of them has a big game... but its not easy to score in the playoffs.
We all remember Nesmith going nuts late in game 1, but aside from that he was very average. And even worse against OKC.
I think Indiana is a very underrated defensive team. They got a bunch of guys who guard, their perimeter D and screen navigation is elite. Turner protects the rim and Siakam has length and switch ability and just great instincts. More than anything, I think that's why they competed so well against OKC. OKC doesn't always score that well and you can make them look pedestrian on offense. That's the key to beating them IMO. And taking care of the ball on the other end.
From around the 6 min
Mark in the 4th when the refs started blowing the whistle were unwatchable. They finally let them play again around the 3 min mark. Both these teams dare you to call the fouls. Is this where the game is going? 4 hr games if you start calling the fouls?
