Probably why you should have backed off on the Randle love some

To be fair, what teams can beat Washington?!?!?

That’s why I split it between him and iHart.

That's a lot of daggers to take last summer

Same here. My stream went off. Sounds like there's nothing to see here. Glad I will not be part of the over-reacting fans. Seems like nerves or playing tight. It's almost cut day!

Finally, you brought back the only serious poster in this forum. Glad the Bot could get all the whores and blow out of his system in time for the title run.

Always blame it on the interns, that's the first rule of UK Fight Club
Ok, so Dadiet is not a basketball player, yet. I don't see a reason for him to take a spot on this year's team. McCullur could provide some end of the bench minutes, but I'd get rid of him too. Between Shamet, Brogdan and Matthews I want Shamet. He is the only 2 way player out of the three, with much better defense and same shooting. Brogdan vs. Matthews isn't so simple. I guess Brogdan gives us more, but I would much rather have those minutes go to Kolek. So Brogdan seems redundant and injury prone. Do we really need 3 PGs on the team tho? Especially with Clarkson being able to fill in at that role.
Other than that Jemison looks like he could be a nice player in a year or two and he is a PF, the one position where we have the least depth. I think. The rest can kick dirt.
Who watched this game? I haven't yet, just watch some of the shots by player available through NBA.com.
One player that particularly was *unimpressive* was Brogdon. Of his 7 shots, only one was a quality make at the rim. The others looked crap or forced. Three misses at the hoop. One make was off a broken play that he practically had a turnover, but got it back.
https://www.nba.com/stats/events?CFID=&a...In fact, all the guards were pretty crap. Shamet definitely the best of the bench guards other than Deuce (whose shot also looks way off). Very curious who makes the cut and who doesn't.
Some of the end of bench bigger guys looked respectible.
Jemison had a nice old school sky hook and conversion in the paint + 1 Alley-oop. Not bad
Evbouman (he is 7 for 8 in preseason, including 3 for 4 from 3pt) and Diawara combined 5 for 5 with inside out scoring, looked good.
Dadiet still hasn't impressed. G league for him if he sticks.

There's not much to take from this game, regarding the players. We can dissect Browns offense and defensive system. But I doubt Brogdon did anything to help or hurt him. His resume is long. Now Tyler Kolek may have made the Brogdon decision more difficult. But I believe the crappy play is due to players forced into certain roles with no clear plays to run. Just seeing who has a natural feel for the game, and who doesn't.
Kolek looks primed for a breakout year. He looked like the best player on the Knicks
Brogdon doesn't seem like a player we need to trade Dadiet for. Mathews has a skill we need. Shamet is a two way player. Brogdon isn't a lock for me. Rather keep Dadiet around. I'm not sure of Kolek. Dadiet plays nervous
Dadiet seems as good as gone. I wonder if it will be before the last preseason game or after....
What should I read into that Brown gave the night off to these 8: Brunson, KAT, Bridges, OG, Mitch, Hart, Hukporti and Shamet.....Are Hukporti and Shamet firmly in the rotation? Why would Shamet on a non-guarantee get the night off over Deuce, Yabu and/or Clarkson who are guaranteed and would seemingly be obvious rotation guys?

Problem is that he never looks that way against NBA level talent.
