So far, Kolek may have been the best player on the team. That's great for Kolek and I'm quite pleased with his progress, but no one else has shown up in a significant way today. Weak game from Brunson of all people, but also the rest of our starters. Down 10 in the 4th, still time for them to get their crap together.

Maybe KAT’s foul trouble will give us a win.

Guys this Kolek emergence is so huge. We have needed a backup playmaking PG for years. When teams want to slow us down they over play Brunson then let the other players try to beat them. The problem is we had no one who could playmake and run the offense to get others easy shots. We have him in Kolek. Can you imagine if he got playing time last season? enough to make mistakes and learn from them? This is so huge!

He's locked in. The way he took his time and bounced the ball to establish a shooting rhythm was textbook.

KOLEK GOD GAME

Kolek is a X factor for this team… without him we don’t win this game.

We play at a different level when Brunson and Kolek are on the floor together. With Josh being hurt I think we will see Kolek start till Josh comes back…

McBride now would be a great time to be healthy enough to play.

Side note what’s up with the pistons getting the most cupcake schedule to start the season… every time I look they are playing the bottom dwellers of the league.
