Back on task:
The Warriors have made huge blunders over the years yet are the NBA's last Dynsasty of sorts despite the mistakes.
I was thinking about this trade as "WTF are the warriors doing?"
PHil birngs up an interesting subject usually consistnt and in line of a 12 year old boosting that he solved the maze on the back of a Capt'Crunch cereal box as a demonstration of being clever. On the surface Warriors have been stretching this roster out with Kerr for a few years now.
This is about keeping the Steph Curry show going and fans entertained.
This trade tells you Kumingas stand alone value was not high and teams were not willng to give up much. The obvious has to be KP's 30mm salary which was just a one year deal gives GSW some cap relief and did not want to take back contracts for Kuminga.
I doubt anyone is guliable to think KP is more than a rest of the year hamburger helper type move they can just hope he can play. If not there were financial concerns. Im sure we'll be able to read more today. Sometimes its best to ask what you don't know then stick ones neck out and look stupid.
KP has earned about $250,000,000 in his NBA career. He has played just 17 games this season. That Horse Janis rode in on likley lives better than Phil. The Horse might also know how to us the URL button on a social media site.
This was disappointing b/c GSW will probably keep him and hope he's healthy for the playoffs. I was hoping he'd get bought out and sign here.
KP @ $30m is more a contract than a player.
His next contract though could be a vet min deal on a contender. that's where he becomes very valuable.

And the horse he road in on

Horford has actually been playing really well of late, he would have been a much better signing than Yabu.
KP can still play, dare I say he's better/ more impactful than even KAT. he just can't stay healthy.
Its a head scrater for sure. Perhaps something else falls before the deadline today that makes sense of it?
https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/7023217...Zach Harper had to write something I suppose and apply the mandatory "Trade Grade" to satisfy readers. ATL logic of Kuminga makes sense. "high reward/low risk". As for Kuminga? He kind of fulfilled a sort of "Cam Reddish" type of role. Very good athlete but never given the proper chance thing?
GSW proves a franchise can succeed while fucking up!

Even the best FO's fuck up and fuck up big time.
Wiseman at #2 when LaMelo #3 also sitting right there. Following year: Kuminga #7 Moody #14 with Franz Wagner and Sengun up. All 3 guys would have made Steph's life easier and fit with Green too.
In a perfect world, and there aint a perfect world obviously: Steph LaMelo Franz Green Sengun.
KP is best suited on a team like us where we can use him sporadically. and just hope he's healthy to give you 15-20mpg in the playoffs.

Your guy Kristaps is so well liked and such a soldier on the court 20% of nba teams have to share him

(Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) is a condition where your heart rate increases significantly when moving from lying down to standing, causing symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, brain fog, and fainting due to an autonomic nervous system dysregulation affecting blood flow control, often triggered by illness or injury, with management focused on fluids, salt, exercise, and medications. It's a syndrome, not a single disease, affecting millions, predominantly younger women, with no cure, but treatments help manage its debilitating effects.
Phil. KP is not my guy. its about accuracy. You insist he is a bad lockeroom dude on every stop. That is not true. I don't recall him being bad in NY clubhouse. Total Diva act on a dysfunctional franchise. In Dallas, he was a ass from what I read. When he got to DC and Boston that was not his M-O. YOu don't like the guy? OK. But perpetuation to serve your opinion is not fair to readers here who might actually digest your insinuations as fact.

Hopefully Poinsoningus doesn’t get another cold during the playoffs.

Weed?
Weed can cause arrthmyia but not "POTS".
My niece has it and its a problem. Its previlent in younger womem(Insert KP ManGina joke).
Suprised this trade occured as it did given what ATL got in return. I figured KP was a buy out candidate given his condition.
Warriors seem to have an expectation he can play and if so at a high level.
