A lot to like about last night. I particularly liked the ball movement on offense and a much better effort to have KAT involved. Wished we made it a priority on offense to get KAT some post up's and pick-and-rolls. The give-and-go's and backdoor cuts were also nice but we know this isn't going to last long term or be the norm.
The defense was night and day. And once again it starts with the effort and focus from Brunson, Hart and Mikal. When those guys hustle and try on defense, we usually have the entire team follow and give effort. We get consistent defensive effort most of the time from Mitch, Shamet and Diawara so not worried about them. Never expect it much from Clarkson and KAT is just there to rebound but the three point defense falls on Brunson, Hart and Mikal.
I wish I could have enjoyed this one but that loss to Indiana and just the overall outlook rest of the season has really gotten me down on this team right now.
Thankfully we get a much needed break from this team. I definitely need it! 
JA seems like the REAL DDV replacement. he's pesky like DDV, can shoot from anywhere, and is more of a PG then either Shamet or Deuce. and now being on a good team that can create better looks for him, i wouldn't be surprised if he shot around 40% from 3.

Not all teams are their records thru the season and this is the NBA. Indy Tanking is awful, I get it. Knicks losing to them sucks, but if y'all are knick officionado's and uber fans then do a little research in your opponents and gain context.
Knicks destroy Philly in epic fashion and we still whining aobut the Indy game? I get the passion but sad some of you get so wound up on it. Preconditioned to expecting the worst is a condition being a knick fan but not able to fully enjoy some things is sad.
THe KAT hate is also unfortunate. Don't get me wrong, he whines more than most but so many players do it. Not as demonstrably as he does.
But.......he leads the leage in Double-Doubles and the team was on fire last night. His passing is more joyful of late and I'd hope some of you would enjoy that.
As for box Score hunting for good Randle games, I'd say look into the maddening inconsistancy that is the Wolves and you'll see jules is in the middle of it. Pinnng for DDV when Shamet has emerged to be as good (short run) is s much fun and the better bargain.
I don't expect a chip this year or in my lifetime. But if it happens its gonna be super fun. Not a relief. The journey is the best part BTW.

KAT is passing up so many 3's to head fake and drive. Think he needs to take some of those. No reason he should be having games with only 1 3PA. I will say I like that he seemed to make an adjustment and start passing halfway to the basket on some of his drives, instead of just barreling all the way to the rim no matter what. He's gotta show more variety, he's way too predictable this season.
