Huk was okay against a really bad team with no bigs. I don’t think there’s much to take away from this on him.

They probably huddled in the tunnel and said to each other "This is our chance to touch the ball fellas, let's git it!"
Ball movement did look better!
A win is a win and it's good to stop the bleeding but if we cannot defend the three against a a team with the roster on 10 day contracts, how are we going to defend Atlanta or Charlotte if we play them in the first round?
We outrebounded them 49-20
which has to be some type of record. KAT with a triple-double and kudos to the zebras for FINALLY having a fair whistle with him. Mikal with 24 points and first twenty plus points game since March 1st. GTA5 and Kolek were good. Hukporti had some nice minutes including 5 offensive rebounds. So good to have Shamet back too!
I love Brunson and I would never trade him but it's like when you're dating a new girl. You ignore or do not see the flaws or red flags at the beginning but eventually you notice them and I think that's what is happening. Brunson is a very good player and obviously a good dude and we are forever in his debt. for saving this franchise but he's not the best player on a championship team. He's too flawed in some key areas. His defense and leadership skills are not good enough. I also hate that he does a podcast during the season. Maybe I'm being an old man but I don't think it's a good look. It makes it seem like he's not serious enough. Would Jordan or Kobe do a podcast during the season? It doesn't mean I'm turning on Brunson or do not love and support him but there a time where I really thought he would be the guy who brought us a championship and sad to say I don't see him that way anymore. Maybe he goes on a historical run in the playoffs and does it but I don't see it right now.
My biggest thing with Brunson this year is there seems to be less “Brunson” moves from him this year. He is still a bucket when you need one but the shifty footwork in the paint and layups from all angles seem a bit turned down. I could be wrong though.
