Knicks do need a Going to War mentality. Also, don't stop believing (that you can sing)!
Things to possibly change

This is the type of stuff I’d love an answer on. What is he thinking? Why are we trying new things in the playoffs when the old things are working?

Yeah probably a lack of trust in Alvarado. And perhaps Kolek is too inexperienced and had be on injured list with oblique problem but I doubt that's it.
This was about gettinig duece back into shape adn rythm. Shamet has not been shooting well for a few weeks.
Kolek has had an injury and Mo shooting also got a bit chilly before he got pulled.
For all the Mo love of his future, and it can very well be justified at some point...He does miss assignemnts on defense showing a lack of experience there, and the shots stopped falling. Playoffs are a different game.
I don't have the fatal view after a bad game we have to make major adjustments and maybe Brown needs to tweek a few things for adjustment, but if Mo is to play he likely wouldl be on a very short leash.
ALvarado in short bursts was his job in the last game. He gets looks but they are not falling.
Twin Towers......ATL counters by going small. Mitch on offense works with KAT as long as the pace is fast otherwise where is mitch? In the paint and we shooting from outside were he can get Offensive rebounds. If he is there, the lane is crowded negating Kats passing If Jalen has his head down, then its a mess.
For the most part Browns game plan was working. WE not talking enough about what ATL did to counter and turn it around. Just was knicks failed to execute. What lead up to Brunson late game Iso's? Knicks had a few good looks that did not fall and ATL ran in transition. The momentum shifted and the ebb and flow then changed. The starters came back in and did not turn it back. Few tweeks and we OK.
CJ played the villian thing up and it was effective. I get playing the crowd up but does that really effect whats happening on the court? Did that incite brunson into a testosterone induced view taking him out of his game a bit? Daddy Rick get Jalen too amped? Seems Rick is a bit obvious in his efforts? Is this a thing on the team now?

Knicks need to address this in the offseason. Finding a way to get players they trust to run the team when Brunson is out.

True. I do wonder why when they had Clarkson, Shamet, Deuce on floor at same time they didn't have Clarkson with ball in hands. He was the last guy handling ball which is just strange.

I missed some games where Kolek had been playing and I thought he would be an answer, but not yet.
Xmas game was solid
All I'm seeing is red tonight
Marbles put down the vaseline down long enough to get it right
We shall call this Making it up in other areas
I fully expect to win one of these next two in Atlanta but if Brunson continues to make this a one on one game versus McCollum and losing that match up and ignoring the rest of the team, especially KAT, we will not win this series. We cannot have Brunson taking 22 and 26 shots while KAT only takes 13 and 12 shots! And we also cannot have that lineup of Deuce/GTA5, Clarkson, Shamet, OG and Mitch to start the 2nd and 4th quarters!

All I see is Sweeney (and Jennifer Lawrence and Anne Hathaway if I squint really hard circa Dark Knight Rises)

And when he does this, he is becoming a turnover machine.

spot on
add to it, Atlanta will have their best defender on Brunson, and they are super thin at center
My disgust is loaded and ready.
Let's go!!!
