Just re-watched that play. About 5:30 left in the 2nd. But the hand he was shaking after that battle on the floor for a loose ball was his left hand, not his right. However, if you look at his right hand when he is shaking the left, his right pinky already looks messed up yet he continued to play.

I imagine since they did the surgery it means they feel like it will help him manage it during the finals. Otherwise there would have been no rush doing a surgery. I feel like he is going to he totally fine. We just need 15 mpg of his typical impact. Nothing crazy.
