Moved here in 2021. Citizen in 2026.
But Knicks fan since 1998. Is New York a part of the reason I decided to uproot my life and move to NY....probably.
But I've been a Knicks long before I moved here. I've been a member of ultimateknicks long before I moved here. I've been a friend of Martin, Andrew, and the rest do the forum long before I moved here.
I can't believe what happened tonight. This team. This feeling of connection. I've been here through a lot. Antonio. Jeff. Isiah. Shandon. Stephon. Carmelo. Amare. I'm so grateful for all of them. They brought me happiness at a level that I could truly appreciate.
Turns out happiness we can ALL appreciate was a level above. Karl-Anthony and his mother. Jalen and his father. Mikel and his past connection to people who he felt could be his his equal and made him happy every day and every night. Jose and his past, his legacy, his culture. Mike, and his destiny. OG and the joy of every boy, born to the wrong country, feeling like they want to belong, showing that with strength and togetherness, you CAN belong, Jordan and his "bit part", Deuce and his "sometimes", and Josh Hart. Josh Hart who showed that talent is no substitute for hard work, passion, Love, support, joy, togetherness, friendship and hope.
This is the team I've always wanted to be a part of, and I feel like, who New York is.

Hey I love the City too. You mean it wasn't the delightful aroma on a subway platform on a 100 degree day that didn't keep you in the City ??? This town loves the team and the whole city will feel happier for weeks
