They still don't have a bench.
They signed that Hukporti guy. I heard his previous team could have locked him up cheap as a RFA but decided against to sign… Kevin Looney.

Philly going to contend next year
Aren’t they shy a champion caliber center?
I stand corrected.
Hahahaha
Dude Jalen brown is overrated but definitely an upgrade over PG because of age. Embiid is ass now especially on defense.
Huk has potential but they have no bench…
The sixers got better, but no real 4 dean is overrated and no rebounding.
It’s going to be fun watching this rivalry.
But wtf was Boston thinking? Like did Brad Stevens, Get a secret bag 💰 from Philly lol you can’t tell me that was the best offer on the table . Heard the nuggets offered Jamal Murray and 3 firsts .

Didn't you also hear that he would've gotten double what the Knicks wanted to pay plus a NTC?
There is a reason we rushed to sign Mo on the first chance we had but decided to let Huk go.
If PG were 30, it might not be a bad deal, but at 36 and a history of missing at least 30-40 games a season, I have no idea what Boston was thinking. I guess they save some money (and with the luxury tax it might be ALOT of money they save) but from a basketball sense, they are taking a big risk here. Oh well, f-- em. They stole Robinson from us.

I guess that's the piece I don't get...PG has an asinine contact himself, but you're talking 2 years vs. 3 of Brown's. If your goal is to save money...why are you giving Mitch the 3 year deal literally hours before this? They have to realize that this is not a win now move.
All Mazzula wants to do is shoot 3s and PG is more willing than JB to do that. I also think you need to figure in that one reason he missed so many games last season was the suspension. Boston is also probably thinking they can get him to opt out and extend next summer, something Brown would never consider.

He’s gonna be like 41 at the end of that next contract
I figured it out.
Brad Stevens and Joe Mazzulla were following Mitch on TikTok, and they brought him in to shoot 3’s.
This also made Jalen Brown somewhat expendable in their eyes.
