A vegan is someone that eats nothing that is or has been alive...they are vegetarians that avoid additional things like Honey and milk.

After me and Dj went to the draft, I saw those pictures and was horrified!! I thought to myself, is this what people see when they look at me? I have always been very athletic, in spite of being overweight, but in the past week, I have hit that treadmill up for 60 minutes twice. Enough of the bullshyt, I'm losing some fucking weight!

I use fitday.com and fruits and veggies amount for all of my protein...No meat, dairy, or cooked, proceessed foods enter my body.

Carbs - 80 percent
Fat 10 percent
Protein 10 percent

I have been working out with doing this for a while and my blood pumps better through my veins, and my body is more flexible, I get more pumped when I work out, more energy, etc.

it's now after july 4th weekend and i've been around 175-178 for the past month or so. i feel GREAT.

now, i did lose alot of muscle mass since i've only been doing cardio and this week actually begins my return to the weight program - twice a week, full body. so i may get some lbs back on but it'll be in the right places and my body shape will get even better.

mattshaw, was that you i saw in the "darren's dance groove" video?
