I just tried the new Madden 2006 in PS2 at my local BestBuy. I quickly played my Giants against the Igles. I then promoted Brandon Jacobs to starting HB. DANG! First touch was a run off-tackle, he hit the hole then a safety came up and he runs him over and gallops for 74 yards for a TD! WOW! I then played a little more to get to the next offensive series, all the while this snot nosed HS kid tapping his feet cause he wanted to play. I had Jacobs run left..6 yards. Then run right...6 yards. Next was play action to Jacobs and had Burress on the fly pattern. Eli let it fly but Burress was interfered with, stupid zebra did not call anything

. Next play was a dive off the 2 hole. Jacobs hits 2 guys and off he goes for another long TD! By this time the HS kid was getting pretty antsy. I quit and can't wait to buy this game for me and my son to play.
Man! I hope BRANDON JACOBS can do the same this Saturday against the Browns.
GO BIG BLUE! 16 and 0 Baby!!!

CAREER NOTES
Jacobs played at three schools: Coffeyville (Kan.) Community College, Auburn and Southern Illinois. In 42 games at the three stops, he rushed for 4,003 yards with 52 touchdowns on 595 carries (6.7-yard avg.), caught 12 passes for 136 yards (11.3-yard avg.) and returned 6 kickoffs for 140 yards (23.3-yard avg.).
Jacobs was perhaps the most highly-touted transfer in Southern Illinois history. He joined fellow transfers Terry Jackson (Minnesota) and Arkee Whitlock (Coffeyville) to form one of the most explosive backfields in college football, one that accounted for 42 of the team’s 65 touchdowns and 3,404 of the squad’s 6,032 yards in total offense during his only season with the Salukis.
After an outstanding career at Assumption High School in Napoleanville, La., Jacobs signed with Auburn. Because he was academically ineligible he enrolled at Coffeyville. In 2001, he rushed for 927 yards and 13 touchdowns on 130 carries (7.1-yard avg.) in 10 regular season games, then added 422 yards and 4 scores in playoff action en route to being named to the All-Jayhawk Conference team. The following year, Jacobs led the conference in rushing with 1,638 yards and 17 touchdowns on 243 carries (6.7-yard avg.), and added another 258 yards and 3 scores on 24 carries in the playoffs.
Jacobs enrolled at Auburn for the 2003 season, when he shared time at halfback with Ronnie Brown and Carnell Williams, who became 2 of the top 9 picks in the 2005 draft. He was 2nd on the team with 72 carries for 446 yards (6.2-yard avg.) and 3 touchdowns. Hoping to get an opportunity for more playing time, Jacobs again transferred, this time to Southern Illinois. In his one season there, Jacobs rushed for 922 yards and 19 touchdowns on 150 carries, averages of 6.6 yards a carry and 122.1 yards a game.

Ohhhhhhh, i remember him now. Thanks NYKBocker
Did you see him in the Giants pre-season game? Dude makes you hype seeign him with the ball running the way he does. We can't call him "The Bus" because that is taken.
"B Train" might stick.....but they play in New Jersey and that nickname is too obvious.
Well we can't call him "BJ"......too many jokes

He said his nickname in college was H2 for the Hummer.
