A question: How did you replace your ACL without cadaver tissue?

an answer: with glue.

best of luck with the surgery. it's all good fun here
MinsHeartsReezy @ 10/12/2005 3:08 PM
Good luck and I hope you have a speedy recovery
oohah @ 10/12/2005 3:22 PM
Oohah, I wish you the best of luck and I'll say a prayer for you, so you can have a quick recovery/rehab.

Allanfan20, thank you for the well-wishes and the prayer.
On that note, I think this clearly means your posting career is in jepeordy and we have to start finding other oohahs. After that big contract Martin and Andrew gave you, you wont be able to live up to that. It's the message board business man.

You might be right, maybe it is time for oohah to hang up the quote button and become a GM. But beware, when you replace oohah you get JC-oohah who is probably more talented than oohah, but JC-oohah is wild!
Just take the money and run man, and feed your family and kids.

That's me Oohah Sprewell!
Good luck and I hope you have a speedy recovery

Thank you MinsHeartsReezy.

My father had that kind of surgery in January and his knee is ok now. I hope everything goes fine.
Good Luck!

djsunyc, silverfuel, and nyk4ever, don't tempt the mad quoter!

No not with glue DJ!!!

I got a graph taken from that major tendon that connects the knee cap to the shin bone.

The recovery time for that is a little longer obviously.....I just didn't want cadaver tissue in my knee you know?

Good luck though man.......you said you had a few knee surgeries. I don't trust doctors. Beware of infection. If you have a fever that's out of the ordinary (you would know) get to the doctor so they can contain it.

You should be fine but infections are no joke.

My friends on UK,

I want to thank you for all of your thoughts and well wishes.

I know most of you have been waiting for my knee surgery with more anticipation than the Knicks first game, and I have news, the hospital called me this evening to tell me my procedure was being rescheduled to sometime next week(Hopefully). I was all psyched up!

I am sorry about the false alarm, and will let you know when I am done being sliced and diced.

wow - talk about being lifted up and then let down

ok - so it just means chilling a little, staying in a nice calm state of mind. i could see you doing that. maybe have a little raw vegan treat, a la LI Knick!

all things in their time.
