36 pts, 11 rbs, 10 assits, 1 blk, 1 stl. Wow
Bonn1997 @ 11/19/2005 9:59 PM
Hughes had 37 too.

Now would you call LBJ a PG for getting 11 Assists?. or a SG for getting 37 pts?, or a SF for getting 11 rebounds?.

He's a basketball player and very talented one at that, whether he is a PG, SG or SF, it doesn't really matter, He just gets the job done. MJ was the same way the Triangle Offense didn't really need a PG, it ran primarily thru Jordan, so would you call him an PG, SG or SF?.
Granted these are Super Stars, but they are both basketball players who could do all of those things well. Is Marbury in that class, not really, but he can score, and pass, so why does he have to be anything, but a leader and a teammate rather than a PG or an SG.

^ agreed.

like i've said, doesn't matter what position you play, as long as what you do is in the flow of the offense and you help make your team better.

that's all that matters in the long run...

It took Hughes 5 years to figure things out. Dont give up on Miles LB gave up on Hughes when he was 19 and do oyu think he would take him now?

To LB's credit though (meaning the mold of players he prefers), Hughes is still turnover prone and not really that efficient from the field.
