Band Update:
My band, Do You See the Dark, will be performing at The Continental on Friday August 11th at 11pm. Come through if you are free and you like rock music. The cover is $5 and there are other bands playing before and after us.
The Continental is the second legendary NYC rock club to announce that it is closing it's doors in the future. So if you haven't been there, this might be one of your last chances. We'll also have at least one more show at CBGB's in September before it closes October 1st. Basically, if all you do is come out and see my band's next few shows -- you will also be giving yourself a chance to see some NYC rock history before it's just a story to tell your friends.

go ahead and create a new thread in the main forum a couple of days before your show to get the best visibility.
I'm going to the Continental show barring anything drastic. I've never been to CBGB's so I absolutely have to go see a show there before they close it down. CBGB's is a huge part of Guns N' Roses history always wanted to check it out and take a piss in the its legendary disgusting restroom
