Well I have several thoughs on this issue.
1) To me, Baker has always been a slob and I really thought he was overrated.
2) Boston = DUMB, they should have kept Rogers and Anderson and stayed away from Vin "Fat" Baker. I dont understand why teams like the Sixers and Boston who made it to the finals, find it necessary to change the roster so drastically that it keeps them from making it back.
3) Thank god he is not on the Knicks and I hope it stays that way.
P.S. Layden had his eye on Ming, and it seems like he was right - this kid is the real deal apparently. I have a lot of respect for him.
Vin Baker doesnt it because Antoine "100 shot" Walker is on the team. Walker is wild and disrupts the flow of the offense. Bake is used to being the post and kicking out. I think they should play Baker at PF not C. Walker should be at Sf. But Bostons best move would be to move Walker for a SG or SF like Vince while people think he is pretty good. Walker is a scrub in my book.

He is a scrub in mine too haha.
Walker draws defenders outside, passes and handles probably the best out of any PF in the game (if you consider him a PF), and has swallowed his pride and accepted the fact that Paul Pierce is a better player. Last year in the playoffs he was a leader and routinely hit big shots, I don't see how you can see him as a scrub. Baker is an absolute bum, they had a thing on SportsCenter showing the most overpaid player in the NBA, and they asked Baker about it and he said something to the extent of if he was given PT, he would be right up there with Duncan, Shaq, etc. He's just an absolute slob.
Celts really screwed themselves with that trade. Anderson is still a solid PG and they'd have cap flexibility each year. Did they really think because Vin was closer to his hometown he'd play better. Please.

not counting big country because he is retired and excluding howard/pippen because their contracts expire after this season, the worst people on this list are baker, stoud, and hardaway. What a suprise.. over the past few years all three names have been rumored to be heading to NY. Thank God none of those rumors have actually followed through to becoming reality.
i can't forget to mention reggie and zo.. two long time nyk rivals. Zo would still be an all-star if not for his kidney problems and Reggie.. well what can I say.. I hate his guts

i would even say that mutombo is grossly overpaid.

especially considering his age, 3 more years on his contract, and his declining numbers of 7 and 7. thank god we did NOT get him over the summer. it would be further cap hell!!!
