i can send e-mail but when i try to open mail--it's a blank page everything else on my computer is working normally and i am using aim email

don't know aim- I would restart your machine and try again. If its web based- might be isp issue.

Why are you using such crap man?

Check for the pop-up blocker. Also, what browser are you using to open up your mail?

if it's only your incoming mail that's giving you issues, check your POP3 settings

Thanks you very much guys. I used mozilla and it opened it up. Must be an issue with explorer-i'll give that a shot TMS.

always usse firefox

just a side not, try updating Explorer to the new version... it's much better & now incorporates tabbed browsing & other features that Firefox users like.

firefox is good
