In all seriousness, work eventually sucks. Even if its something you love to do, you eventually would love to do it less.

I always tell people that lose their job, get laid off, fired or whatever to just enjoy it. Think of the time off as a vacation. Go visit mofos you haven't seen in a minute. Lay in around the house like you did in high school and go wild with the video games and masterbation. You deserve it. Unless you have enourmous responsibilities, just say fuck it for a little while, with your broke ass.

I can point you in the direction of a 1 bedroom upstairs in Yonkers in Hilltop Acres. My family i selling it for about 170,000.

Wait to buy it until after April 12 and it can be a private sale and cut out the real estate commission of about 6%.

I am in web and multimedia as well. Working for yourself definitely has its ups and downs, and in many ways it is harder than havinga real job -- administration, finding clients, controlling them, not getting stiffed.

But in the end it is more rewarding, and I don't have to get on the train every day. yesterday I bought a $1,000 chair! I can't believe it, but I needed to do it and I think my back will thank me.

yeah, i think i'll be checking out some creative headhunters in the next few days... i already sent out a bunch of resumes today for positions that sounded like they were right up my alley, so hopefully i'll be hearing something soon... good thing for me i have my tax refund coming my way & a few weeks salary saved up otherwise i'd be severely screwed.

That's how it works kids. Save for a rainy day. Get your littl security blanket then see what you can play with.
